1. How do I book an appointment?

You can easily book your appointment online through our booking link. A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your spot at our Frisco salon suite.

2. Do I need to pay a deposit?

Yes. All services require a non-refundable deposit, which will be applied toward your total balance. This ensures your time is reserved with your stylist.

3. When is the remaining balance due?

The remaining balance must be paid at the time of service before leaving the salon suite. We accept multiple payment methods for your convenience.

4. What is your cancellation policy?

We require 24 hours’ notice for all cancellations or rescheduling requests. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will result in forfeiture of your deposit.

5. What happens if I’m late?

We provide a 15-minute grace period for late arrivals. If you arrive after this window, your appointment may be canceled and your deposit forfeited.

6. What if I have allergies or sensitive skin?
